Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We work with UPS, FEDEX, TNT.
How long will it take to receive my print?
Unframed prints will ship within 5 business days and framed prints will ship within 10-15 business days from the date ordered.
You'll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Do you offer other print sizes?
We are happy to talk about custom sizes, it just depends on the image you're interested in. Please contact us directly at contact@romainosi.com and we’ll discuss it together😊
How are the prints packaged?
Great care is taken to insure that all prints travel safely: your photo is checked by hand, given a protective cover and placed in art-secure packaging.
What is your return policy?
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Please double-check your address as if your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply.
Please email us if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit (add a photo if you can) and we'll find a solution for you!
This is a gift. Do you include the price within the package?
No problem! We do not include a price or an invoice with any of our shipments. Invoices are send to the email given during purchase.
